Each week includes a mix of theoretical knowledge, gentle yoga practice, and meditation. Handouts

provided for each chakra. Our collective goal as a participant is to understand the chakras and how to

balance them for better health and well-being.

Week 5: Heart Chakra (Anahata)

Gentle yoga poses that open the chest and promote love and compassion, like Supported Fish

Pose, Bridge Pose, and Cow Face Pose

Meditation focusing on love, compassion, and forgiveness
