Stephanie Spurgeon
Stephanie has been immersed in yoga for over 25 years, exploring many styles and meditative practices. Her foundation in Iyengar and studies in Europe eventually led her to Prajna Yoga, where she dove deeply into subtle body practices that move yoga beyond “doing” into truly embodying it.
Her classes weave alignment, somatic awareness, and breath to support both physical and mental well-being.
With a balance of tapas (fire) and yin-inspired stillness, Stephanie creates space for students to slow down, reconnect, and discover how each pose can open new pathways in the body and mind. Stephanie is a Yoga Alliance–registered teacher, certified at the Prajna Institute, with additional training in Yin Yoga and Sensory Awareness Yoga (STAYA). She also brings a background in neuroplasticity, brain health, and nutrition, offering a holistic approach that connects practice on the mat to life beyond it.
