Laura Christine
Laura Christine began teaching Yoga in 2008 after studying at a small studio in Minnesota with a brilliant teacher, Mary Beth Nehl. She came to yoga with simple curiosity and it opened a path she had unknowingly been desperate to find. After two years of teaching Hatha Flow, she studied Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan with several teachers who studied directly with him. She became certified in Kundalini Yoga and has taught both Kundalini and Hatha styles to all ages ranging from preschoolers to seniors. She has taught in schools, workplaces, studios, colleges, and a children’s science museum. Her Kundalini Yoga classes are accessible to all levels and she brings a balance of light-heartedness to the sometimes challenging and always transformative practice of Kundalini Yoga.
