Krista Hiser

Krista Hiser is a college professor who teaches Nia – or a Nia teacher who is also a leader in Sustainability Education across the higher education sector. Integrating these strands of mastery – the physical, mental, emotional, and spirit realms -- is the koan at the center of her life. As a Nia second-degree black belt teacher, Krista has taught Nia in Honolulu since 2005.
