Cardio Barre

A 45 minute sculpt, shape and cardio fusion class. This ballet inspired/HIIT class incorporates the fundamentals of barre with the intensity of interval training to give you a full body workout.  Body weight, light hand weights, bands/resistance tubes, and Bender balls used during class.  Barre work is done from floor, no ballet bar needed!  Looking to mix it up and challenge yourself?  Come and check it out!  Great for both women and men!!
